Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ILSERBY, including all tools, lookup services, content, and features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for users who can form a binding contract under applicable law. Most tools do not require an account. We may suspend access without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Permitted use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Network checks (DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, SSL, IP, HTTP headers, email authentication, proxy checks, and similar) must be performed only against domains, IP addresses, and systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
• Do not use the Service to harass, attack, scan without permission, or probe third-party infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service at scale, reverse engineer restricted components, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through forms or tools.

Service provided “as is”

THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ILSERBY, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILSERBY and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The ILSERBY name, branding, site design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party components and data sources are credited on the credits page. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission, except as allowed by law.

Advertising and third-party links

The Service may display advertisements and links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access for any reason, including abuse or legal compliance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
